Hi there,

We're excited to announce a significant update to Laurel: the addition of Work Groups πŸ™Œ

This new feature is designed to revolutionize how you manage and bill for your work.

With Work Groups, Laurel intelligently groups the hundreds of activities you work on all day and presents you with just a handful of work groups that should be billed together.

Watch this 1 minute tour of the new AI feature that is guaranteed to save you hours every month.

Viewing Activities Within Work Groups

Each work group is a collection of work you've done throughout the day. To see each work activity within a work group, simply expand the instances by clicking on the caret.

Adding Work Groups to Entries

Any work group can be converted into a new entry by clicking the Add button. You can also add multiple groupings to a single entry by continuing to click Add on other groups. Work groups can also be added to an existing entry by clicking into the entry to edit it, then hitting the Add button within the work group.

Adding work groups removes them from view, so you can focus on the remaining work groups!

Accepting Initiative Predictions

In addition to grouping work activities, Laurel also predicts the initiative or matter that a work group belongs to. You can click on the suggestion to accept the initiative prediction and create an entry quickly.

It's easy to reject suggestions as well by simply clicking the x button inside the suggestion chip.

Ungrouping Activities

It's easy to remove such an activity from any work group simply by hovering over the activity, then clicking the Ungroup button.

You can read more about this feature here.

Launch Laurel now to begin exploring Work Groups, and feel free to reach out with any feedback or questions! Your insights are vital in helping us continuously improve our product. πŸ™Œ
